9. Refund & Return Policy
By requesting a quote, accepting a quote, or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Return Policy. Doing business with Damia Technologies constitutes acceptance of these terms.
9.1 When the return window starts
The day count for all refund and restocking tiers below begins on the date the client returns the accepted quote to Damia Technologies — the point at which payment terms and funds have been agreed. It does not begin on the later date that payment is transmitted or that hardware is delivered. The window does not reset for any reason, and Damia Technologies reserves the right to reject any return.
9.2 Hardware that has shipped

9.4 Processing & declined shipments
Hardware is purchased and processed immediately after payment. If the client declines shipment, they have 14 days to reschedule delivery. If delivery is not rescheduled within that period, the items are returned to the warehouse and the client is responsible for the cost of shipping and processing, in addition to any applicable restocking fees.
9.5 Warranties
Optional warranty plans are available for 12, 24, or 36 months.
Implied warranties: Damia Technologies does not waive the implied warranty of merchantability where it applies by law. Hardware purchased without a Damia warranty plan carries no extended or express warranty from Damia; where an implied warranty applies, its duration is limited to the term of any purchased warranty plan to the extent permitted by law. Sales to commercial and business customers are made “as is” to the fullest extent permitted under the New York Uniform Commercial Code. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable New York or federal law. A written copy of this policy is available on request.
