Our approach

Problems we diagnose, how it works, and the review.

A structured path from operational clarity to lifecycle management.

Problems we diagnose (before they become incidents).

These are not "IT tickets." They're operational failures in slow motion.

System ownership gaps

Who owns what, what's undocumented, and what breaks when one vendor changes something.

Workflow bottlenecks

Where the tech creates manual steps, delays, or reporting blind spots.

Integration drift

POS/payment + apps + devices + network rules that stop behaving as one system.

Lifecycle risk

Aging devices, unmanaged updates, renewal chaos, "surprise replacements."

Security inconsistency

Policies that aren't enforced across devices, locations, or users.

Visibility and recovery

Backups, monitoring, and what actually happens when something fails.

A structured ladder—from clarity to lifecycle management.

1

Operational Clarity Call (free, 20 minutes)

A short diagnostic conversation to identify where friction is coming from and whether a full review makes sense.

2

Operational Infrastructure Review (paid diagnostic deliverable)

A structured review of your environment with a written summary and prioritized plan. See scope and pricing below.

3

Optimization & Deployment (project)

We implement fixes and improvements in phases—without disrupting operations.

4

Lifecycle Management & Support (monthly)

Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, vendor coordination, and proactive planning.

The Operational Infrastructure Review.

A paid, structured diagnostic that turns "we think something is wrong" into a clear map of what's happening, why, and what to do next.

  • Environment snapshot (network / systems / devices / vendors)
  • Workflow + dependency map (what relies on what)
  • Risk and continuity assessment (failure points + recovery readiness)
  • Prioritized recommendations (quick wins vs. structural fixes)
  • 30–90 day execution plan + lifecycle considerations

Timeline: Typically 5–10 business days (depending on scope). Pricing: $750–$1,500 depending on scope and locations.

If we're a fit, the review becomes the blueprint for optimization. If not, you still keep the deliverable.

Frequently asked questions.

Do you replace our IT provider?

Not automatically. We can complement an existing team or vendor, or take ownership if that's what you need. Part of the work is clarifying who does what.

Do you sell hardware?

We're vendor-neutral. We can recommend and procure if you request it, but the focus is on infrastructure outcomes, not reselling.

Will you work with our existing vendors?

Yes. Part of the work is clarifying vendor boundaries and ownership so handoffs and accountability are clear.

What if we only need one fix?

That's fine. We'll tell you if a full review is overkill and handle a targeted project instead.

What do we get from the Operational Infrastructure Review?

A written deliverable: environment snapshot, risk points, prioritized recommendations, and a 30–90 day execution plan. You keep it regardless of what you do next.

How long does the review take?

Typically 5–10 business days, depending on scope and number of locations.

How do you handle security and sensitive data?

We follow least-privilege access, document what we touch, and avoid collecting unnecessary data. We can discuss NDAs and data handling up front.

Do you support multi-site operations?

Yes. Multi-site standardization is a common source of hidden inefficiency—we diagnose across locations and clarify ownership.

What happens after the review?

You can execute with us (optimization and lifecycle management) or take the plan to your preferred vendor. You keep the deliverable either way.

Are you NYC-only?

NYC is our core service area and we're on-site capable here. Remote support may be possible depending on scope—we can discuss during the Clarity Call.
